Over the last twelve years Andrew has built
up substantial investment and portfolio management experience
across both early and later stage companies. He has been
involved in a significant number of technology deals with
SEP including ip.access, the developer of the world’s smallest
GSM basestations, fabless semiconductor company Cambridge Semiconductor,
mobile applications developer SurfKitchen, and Quadstone, the
software company which was sold to Portrait Software plc.
Andrew is an excellent source of practical support for management
teams, helping them to strengthen their proposition pre-investment,
leading the investment round in many cases and bringing together
solid investor syndicates. Andrew has a strong commercial
focus and works closely with companies to build executive
teams and boards and to develop the links and corporate relationships
they need to succeed post-investment. He is also a solid
financial strategist who brings a great deal of experience
of complex recapitalisation and restructuring situations
to help companies achieve their growth objectives.
