SEP recruits General Counsel

SEP has expanded its team with the appointment of Andrew Buchan to the new role of General Counsel.

Buchan, who has significant experience at a senior level within the legal profession, will work on investment transactions as well as corporate and fund legal issues alongside Company Secretary Richard Sparrow.

Prior to joining SEP, Buchan was an Associate with Maclay Murray & Spens, with a particular focus on venture capital, private equity investment and mergers and acquisitions.
