Brian is a partner at SEP and has responsibility for a number of portfolio companies across a broad range of technology sectors.

Initially focused on healthcare, Brian now has a far broader remit. He led SEP’s investments in Stentys, a medical device company focused on the treatment of coronary heart disease which had a successful IPO in France in 2010; Arakis, which was acquired by Japanese biopharmaceutical company Sosei; and Craneware, a hospital billing software company which is now listed on the AIM market. He was also responsible for SEP’s investment in BioVex, a cancer therapeutics company, which was sold to NASDAQ-listed Amgen in a deal worth up to $1 billion.
