Jan is a registered pharmacist with a background in drug development and clinical research, working for Quintiles, Merck Sharp & Dohme and Sandoz/Novartis. Her background combines operational and commercial experience in the pharmaceutical industry, which means she understands the risks, timelines and costs involved in development and commercialisation. This insight and experience enabled SEP to remain a well-informed and supportive investor throughout the duration of its investment in BioVex. Jan is a Member of the Royal Pharmaceutical Society of Great Britain (MRPharmS).
