Searchspace

Searchspace was formed as a spinout from University College London. It grew to become a world leader in systems to detect financial crime and comply with increasingly demanding regulatory standards. Its software monitors almost 400 million accounts per day for regional, national and global banks, analysing vast amounts of data and identifying suspicious transactions. Searchspace was sold to Warburg Pincus in 2005. SEP was pleased to have had the opportunity to back an excellent team at Searchspace, led by Chief Executive Jason Kingdon.
