Gary Le Sueur
A co-founder and former Partner of SEP, in his role as Senior Adviser Gary is focused on managing our energy technology fund.
He currently holds a board position with clean energy solutions provider Vital Energi, and is responsible for SEP’s investment in energy grid management software company Smarter Grid Solutions. He was also non-executive director of innovative solar energy business Solarcentury until its near £118 million acquisition by Statkraft in 2020.
Gary led SEP’s investment in independent gas transporter Indigo Pipelines, sold in early 2019 to an infrastructure fund and was also a non-executive director with renewable energy company Anesco, twice named the UK’s fastest growing private company, before it was sold to a private equity purchaser.
Other current roles include non-executive director with Martin Currie Global Portfolio Trust plc and with venture philanthropy organisation Inspiring Scotland.
