Keith focuses on new growth stage investments across the information technology sector with a particular focus on software.

He led SEP’s investment in Dotmatics, a global scientific informatics software company and its subsequent acquisition in 2021 by US based Insightful Science.  The landmark deal created a leading cloud-first scientific research and development company and provided SEP with an excellent return on investment and the opportunity to take a stake in the combined business. He also led SEP’s successful investment in Immedis, a global payroll technology platform, which was acquired by UKG in June 2023.

Keith has led SEP’s investments in Cora Systems, a global leader in strategic, project and portfolio management software, Basis Technologies, a provider of DevOps software for SAP, Tyk a leading API management platform and FundApps, a leading regulatory compliance software provider to the global financial services market. He currently sits on the boards of Cora Systems and Basis Technologies.

Keith has over 15 years growth and private equity investing experience and has previously held non-executive positions with a number of high growth technology companies, including SaaS collaboration company 4Projects and cyber security specialist SecureData.
