Tryzens builds on its market success with senior appointment and further investment from SEP
Tryzens, the UKs leading independent retail systems integrator and managed services provider, has appointed Tom Fischer as new Sales and Marketing Director and secured growth investment from Scottish Equity Partners (“SEP”). This will enable it to confidently pursue its strategy of delivering world class systems integration and managed services to the Retail and B2B commerce markets. Fischer recently served as CEO of Prologic plc, a provider of ERP solutions for fashion retailers.
Over the past year Tryzens has successfully completed a number of new business wins, delivering a range of innovative solutions to retailers looking to expand and enhance their online capabilities to improve the cross-channel experience for consumers. This includes fashion brands ranging from Jack Wills, Austin Reed and Woodhouse, through to luxury jeweller, Annoushka, and Dunelm the national homeware brand. Tryzens has also successfully repositioned itself as a managed service provider, focusing on delivering end-to-end solution for retailers, creating new IP and services that differentiates itself by added value over its competitors.
Andy Burton, CEO, stated:
“Tom is joining a great team at Tryzens and we are delighted that he will be spearheading our go-to-market strategy and its execution through his consulting, pre-sales, sales and marketing teams. It is a great endorsement of our business to secure someone of Tom’s caliber for our leadership team and to maintain the long term commitment of our investors at SEP as both are key steps to clearly position Tryzens at the forefront of the retail systems and services market. We placed a high premium on securing great talent and working with an investor that genuinely understands our business and our long-term goals.”
Tony Robison, Director at SEP commented: “Tryzens has made significant progress over the last 18 months, repositioning the business at the forefront of the retail systems and services market. With a strong management team under Andy Burton’s leadership and with Tom Fischer’s appointment we believe Tryzens has the platform and credentials to deliver world class solutions and services to its clients and we look forward to supporting the growth of the business in the years ahead.”
