SEP CEO Summit 2026

AI is evolving rapidly, reshaping how enterprise technology companies build products, win and serve customers, and create value.
At our recent CEO Summit, we brought together 13 CEOs and founders from across the SEP portfolio to share practical experience on the opportunities and challenges they have in common. Some of the key themes from the day included:
- Capturing value in changing technology ecosystems: Enterprise value chains are shifting as customers reconsider what to build internally, what to buy and where to work alongside specialist technology partners. CEOs discussed how rapid experimentation can help companies identify valuable new positions, respond to emerging agentic workflows and become embedded strategic partners to their customers.
- From AI-assisted to fully agentic development: Portfolio companies shared how they are developing agentic approaches to software development, including software factories. The discussion explored how these models are changing the speed and economics of product development, alongside the technical, organisational and talent challenges involved in adopting them.
- Evolving enterprise go-to-market models: Selling complex technology to large enterprises increasingly requires a combination of commercial capability, technical expertise and deep subject matter credibility. The group explored how companies are accessing senior decision-makers, demonstrating measurable value and differentiating themselves in an increasingly noisy market.
- Building organisations for continuous change: As technology and customer expectations evolve, companies need to adapt rapidly across product, go-to-market and operations. CEOs shared how they are making bold investment decisions and building teams with the domain expertise and AI fluency needed to identify opportunities, evolve ways of working and execute effectively in a changing market.
We look forward to building on these conversations, sharing practical insights across the portfolio and supporting our companies as they continue to turn technological change into durable growth.
