SEP launches 2026 Sustainability report
SEP’s 2026 Sustainability report highlights how responsible innovation, strong leadership and practical climate action are supporting resilient growth across our portfolio.

As AI reshapes enterprise technology, lasting success depends on more than adopting new tools. It requires sound governance, capable leadership and engaged teams. Our latest Sustainability report explores how we are helping portfolio companies strengthen these foundations while responding to new opportunities and challenges.
This year’s case studies bring that approach to life. AutoRek demonstrates how AI can improve efficiency in financial operations while preserving accuracy and control. Its Intelligent Agent, ARIA, helps users configure reconciliations, identify potential matches and investigate exceptions, with authorised users reviewing and approving its outputs.
Leadership and culture are equally important. At Enate, experienced board appointments are helping the company navigate changes market changes and sharpen strategy. At Basis Technologies, employee feedback has informed investment in skills development, clearer career pathways and management training.
Climate remains a priority, with 83% of portfolio companies now measuring their Scope 1 and Scope 2 emissions. Our support reflects each company’s stage of development, from establishing reliable emissions data to developing reduction plans and credible targets.
We have also updated our Sustainable Growth Framework, introducing new questions on AI governance, policies and training. Across the nine companies assessed in each of the past three years, every business improved its overall score, reflecting continued progress across governance, culture and society.
Our focus remains on helping exceptional teams build responsible, resilient businesses that create lasting value.
