Each company we partner with is unique and so is the investment and support we offer. We take time to understand your business model and market opportunity. Our investment is tailored to meet the needs of your specific growth plans and ambitions.

As well as providing investment to fuel growth, we can provide founders with liquidity, enabling them to realise some of the value they have built while continuing to lead and grow their business.  We adopt a hands-on, partnership-based approach.  Typically, we take minority stakes, providing strategic support to management teams, without looking for control. We focus on long-term success and value creation rather than short-term profit.

It’s the way we operate and the quality of the relationships we build that sets us apart from other investors. Each senior member of our investment team works with only a few companies at a time. This enables us to be closely involved with the companies we partner with and devote significant time to helping them grow.

Our approach and the way we work with founders and management teams is embedded in our culture and ethos. We are responsible investors – pragmatic, supportive and straightforward to deal with. We stand by teams through the lows as well as the highs.

Our capital is patient and flexible, helping you to sustainably accelerate growth with a long-term view.

We can help you make the right connections, opening doors across the globe - in Europe, the US and emerging markets in Asia - and unlocking access to the experience and expertise you need. From talent sourcing and customer introductions through to expansion into new markets and territories, we can facilitate key conversations across our proprietary network, comprising more than 500 senior international market participants, including expert operators, advisers, NXDs and founders. We also host regular networking and sector specialist events to share experiences and best practice across our portfolio companies.
