Workshare

Workshare was a market leader in document management, comparison, storage and collaboration and grew in response to market demand for agile working and increased use of tablets and mobile devices. Its proprietary Transact platform transformed transaction management for top tier law firms. Workshare was acquired by Chicago headquartered Litera Microsystems 2019.

Over a seven year investment period we worked with the company to develop innovative solutions to broaden product offerings and stay ahead of the competition. We helped build out the senior leadership team, appointing a new Chair and CEO and negotiated and managed the acquisition to Litera on behalf of all shareholders.
