Redwood Technologies Group (trading as Content Guru) and Dotmatics, which are backed by SEP, have been listed in the annual Sunday Times HSBC International Track 200. The league table ranks Britain’s mid-market private companies in order of fastest-growing international sales.

Content Guru, listed for a second consecutive year, is a leading provider of cloud-based software in the contact centre as a service sector. Its platform supports an international customer base of over 700 blue-chip businesses, managing their inbound and outbound customer communication across multiple channels. The company has supported several public sector bodies, including the NHS and the Department for Work and Pensions, to manage contact volume amid the pandemic.

Leading global scientific informatics software and services provider Dotmatics delivers solutions tailored to scientific environments and its offices in the US, Japan and South Korea have boosted international sales. The company’s cloud systems provide real-time access to all scientific project data coupled with powerful analytics and visualisation and have supported remote scientific research during Covid-19 restrictions.

Calum Paterson, Managing Partner of SEP said: “Despite the challenges of the past year, our portfolio companies have continued to increase their international reach and we congratulate Content Guru and Dotmatics on being recognised for their impressive and sustained global growth.”
