Andrew is SEP’s General Counsel and also fulfils the roles of Compliance Officer and Money Laundering Reporting Officer.

He is responsible for all of SEP’s legal and compliance matters, including relationships with external counsel.

Andrew provides legal and strategic input into SEP’s investments and portfolio company exits as well as dealing with regulatory, corporate compliance and governance matters.
