Andrew focuses on deal origination, execution and managing new investments.

He was a key member of the deal team which led SEP’s recent investment in leading global manufacturing data software platform Braincube, where he now sit on the board. Andrew has over ten years’ private equity investment experience. He joined SEP in 2021 from Dunedin where he specialised in investing in and partnering with technology focused businesses. This included working with companies from identification through investment and monitoring to successful exit, including gaining IPO experience. He previously worked in the restructuring teams at HSBC and PwC.
