Angus Conroy
Angus is a Managing Partner and member of SEP’s Investment Committee.

Angus joined SEP in 2012 and was appointed Managing Partner in 2025. He is a member of SEP’s Partnership Board and Investment Committee.
Angus specialises in enterprise technology businesses which address complex problems within large organisations. Software sub-sectors of focus include financial services, manufacturing automation, and life sciences.
He led SEP’s investments in AI insurance tech provider mea Platform, drug discovery software company Cresset, financial data reconciliation specialist AutoRek, manufacturing data platform Braincube and accounts payable automation provider Springtime Technologies.
Recent realisations include compliance software provider FundApps (acquired by FTV Capital in 2025); global payroll software provider Immedis (acquired by UKG in 2023); and scientific informatics software specialist Dotmatics (acquired by Insightful Science in 2021).
Prior to SEP, Angus was a member of Citigroup’s investment banking team. He was educated at the University of Glasgow and holds an LLB (Hons) degree in Law.
