Fraser plays a lead role in deal structuring, valuations and the financial analysis of new investments. He also assists SEP portfolio companies in capital restructuring and financing.

He was a key member of the team supporting SEP’s investment in global travel search business Skyscanner prior to its £1.5 billion sale to Chinese travel agency Trip.com in 2016 and was also heavily involved in our investment in travel technology company Dohop. Fraser sits on the board of credit marketplace business TotallyMoney and works closely with online car finance specialist Zuto, where he acts as a board observer.  He was also involved with innovative energy grid management software company Smarter Grid Solutions, prior to its acquisition by Mitsubishi Electric Corporation in 2021.

He holds an MBA from the University of Strathclyde and is a member of the BVCA’s Performance Measurement Survey Review Board.
