Fraser joined SEP in 2003 and plays a lead role in deal structuring, valuations and the financial analysis of new investments. He also assists SEP portfolio companies in capital restructuring and financing and leads our co-investment activity.

He was a key member of the team supporting SEP’s investments in global travel search business Skyscanner, prior to its £1.5 billion sale to Chinese travel agency Trip.com in 2016, and Dohop, a software company headquartered in Iceland which specialises in interlining for the travel industry.

Fraser currently sits on the board of credit marketplace fintech TotallyMoney and is a board observer at online car finance marketplace, Zuto. Fraser holds an MA from Glasgow University and an MBA from the University of Strathclyde. He chairs the BVCA’s Performance Measurement Survey Review Board.
