ESG and Sustainability Lead

Matthew leads on Sustainability at SEP, covering Environmental, Social and Governance (ESG) initiatives across the firm and portfolio. He works activity with SEP’s portfolio companies to reduce risk, share best practice, and integrate sustainability strategies to create long-term value.

Matthew joined SEP in 2020 from Rothschild & Co. He has a background in account management, acting for FTSE350 listed corporates and investment trusts in the alternatives sector.

Alongside a BA (Hons) in Economics, Matthew holds an MSc in Finance & Investment and an Investment Management Certificate from the CFA Society UK.
