Matthew joined SEP in 2020 and leads on sustainability strategy, covering Environmental, Social and Governance (ESG) initiatives across the firm and portfolio. He works actively with SEP’s portfolio companies to reduce risk, share best practice, and integrate sustainability strategies to create long-term value.

Matthew joined SEP from Rothschild & Co. He has a background in account management, acting for FTSE350 listed corporates and investment trusts in the alternatives sector.

He has a BA (Hons) in Economics and an MSc in Finance & Investment from the University of Exeter; and an Investment Management Certificate from the CFA Society UK.
