Tony plays a key role in SEP’s portfolio management and deal support. He is also actively involved in the assessment of new investment opportunities.

He has over 25 years’ experience in financial and commercial roles having held senior management and board positions with high growth, technology rich companies. Tony has a deep understanding of the importance of developing and implementing appropriate financial controls and systems for high growth businesses together with considerable fundraising and M&A experience and has worked with numerous entrepreneurs in dynamic environments.

Tony is non-executive director of financial services regulatory compliance software provider FundApps, and of online car finance provider Zuto. He also works closely with the senior management team at API management platform Tyk.

Recent realisations include global payroll solutions provider Immedis, which was acquired by UKG in 2023; international digital commerce solutions agency, Tryzens which was acquired in private equity-led management buyout and clean energy specialist Vital Energi.
