SEP has sold its 30% shareholding in Vital Energi, the UK’s leading heat infrastructure and energy efficiency business.

The investment has been acquired by Edinburgh-headquartered Corran Capital, who plan to work closely with Vital Energi to help accelerate the delivery of low-carbon heat and energy efficiency solutions across the UK in private and public sector properties.

SEP Managing Partner, Calum Paterson said: “It has been a great privilege for us to have partnered with Vital Energi and its founders and management team over the years. The company has grown exponentially during our time as an investor and the sale of our stake to Corran Capital crystallises another excellent return for our fund’s Limited Partners. We wish Vital Energi and Corran Capital continued success in the future”.
