The company offers industrial inspection and land surveying services, via its cloud-based software platform, using advanced remotely operated aerial vehicles with significant safety, cost and downtime advantages over traditional rope or helicopter access. Focusing on the oil, gas, petrochemical and utility industries, Cyberhawk operates in over 37 countries carrying out drone-based inspections for blue-chip energy and utility companies.

We first invested in Cyberhawk in 2011 and we worked with the management team to grow revenue at over 30% CAGR and develop its software and operational capabilities across the Middle East, Far East and USA. Cyberhawk was acquired by funds advised by Magnesium Capital LLP.
